Or to make it more magulo mad max style, tricycle drivers on the highway can bumped and pushed on the side if they are running slow and blocking the cars. (Provided you will have video evidence).

Speaking of which, may tricycle kanina na hinarangan yung lane dahil biglang mag uu turn sya without thinking na traffic dun sa papasukan na lane nya. Ako naman binigyan ko lang sya nang maliit na espasyo para maka pasok. Pag lusot sabay mura sa akin (lip reading). Binabaan ko ng bintana, sabi ko ano pa ba gusto mo, binigyan na kita ng espasyo di naman kita binangga ikaw pumasok sa linya ko. Kesyo pinahirapan ko daw sya. At that point, decided to just take off.

This guys are really hopeless na. Hari harian sa daan eh malanang peke lang lisensya nila at wala pang franchise. Kaya aside from the typical kamote, i lost empathy narin sa mga tricycle drivers.

Nakakaasar talaga. Tapos pag counterflow sila sa one way, sila pa ang nagpapaalis na dapat padaanin sila. Tapos, sila pa pinakamahal maningil. Ang lapit lapit ng pupuntahan tatagain ka ng mas mahal pa sa taxi rate. Sila pa man din pinaka murang fuel consumption. Sana ma-ban na talaga ang mga ito

Sophie Tan I'm one of the passengers of the dashcam owner, we were going around 60kph, since mostly of us passengers are women and preggy pa yung kasama namin. Lasing po yung rider, wala pong lisensya helemet and or cr yung motor. Wala pong may gusto sa nangyari. Sana po di na ma bash yung rider, namatay po sya on the spot.

Edit: working po lahat ng ilaw namin, bukas pati fog lamps, well lit yung daan after nung arko kung saan nangyari yung aksidente.

That article you linked even further describes that law which disqualifies your prior blanket statement of "highways = no trike allowed".

In summary, hindi sya bawal kung wala nang ibang daan. Which is the case for most sections of our national highways.
