in the spirit of solidarity, let us have a truce here. no more recriminations, if any. and, mods, please, for the sake of posterity, do not close this thread. we shall pass this world only once. if we kick the bucket sooner or later, knock on wood, at least, we have something here that would last, if not forever, long after we've all gone. history be the judge.

MAYBE, you were inflamed because I took the road less traveled by taking the position that that impostor COULD NOT HAVE COUNTERFLOWED MALICIOUSLY. read again: that impostor COULD NOT HAVE COUNTERFLOWED MALICIOUSLY, which is against the opinion of some people here. that is why I'm asking let us agree to disagree for a moment.
On the contrary Attorney, I really just find this amusing. I am lmao just about now. You're so much fun.

This is the funniest rebuttal in this forum. I'll show this to my students. Hahaha. I'm teaching humility this Sunday.

Joker cut off Tatad (who is not a lawyer, but a brilliant fellow. he was one the spokesman of the late president marcos) by saying, "I'd rather argue with a lawyer." now, japeeps I ask you, you invite your judges and lawyer friends here so that we can talk about the law. I don't want to argue with you about it. ok?
"Difficult to talk to a layman like you". LOL. The Joker was right about civilized men. He said when the chips are down, they eat each other. That's the Joker from the movie Dark Knight by the way. Hahaha. Funny what decent people can become with the right push.

What truce? Is this forum now a battlefield? Haha. Come on mod, close the thread already. There's nothing new being said anymore. History is a busy judge. He'll be late as usual.

after 35 pages of repeated arguments, i therefore conclude the following :
    1. that the car with the dashcam counterflowed.
    2. all this troubles could have been avoided if only he avoided going to BGC. (just like in saudi if other nationals meet an accident, the accident would not have happened if they didn't go to saudi).

*closing the thread doesn't mean it would disappear. it would just still remain in the annals of tsikot history

japeeps, for your information, we call people who are not members of the legal profession as laymen, or, to be politically correct, laypersons. another thing, japeeps, and this is no less important, we don't use the word "irony" if what we are trying to say is "inconsistent" and that gives you away that you're not a lawyer or even a barrister or somebody from the academe. (maybe you're a politician not unlike congressman "we are agree") ha? your judge-friend is a lurker? is he a judge of the rtc or mctc, mtcc, or mtc? japeeps, whether rtc or mtc, judges are saddled with so many cases. with hundreds or thousands of cases in their dockets to be resolved they do not have time to lurk here. japeeps, with all due respect, it seems we are not on the same level. you stay where you are, that is, in your graveyard shift. i'm a new member of tsikot but i know there are lawyers here, and I will not name them because I don't want to drag their names here. you'll know them by their vocabulary. we call it jargon. former senator biazon called it "gobbledygook." you study profiling.
