Dirty debate tactics are commonly used by dishonest politicians and lawyers of guilty parties. One is when the person say my credentials are better than yours (wth?). Another is being deliberately vague using words and facts that only a few can understand (talk s***). And every troll's favorite tactic...badgering or endless repetition in an attempt to tire everyone out (paulit-ulit).

japeeps, invite your lawyers and judges friends so that we can talk. it is really difficult to talk to a layman like you about jurisprudence and legal principles. what comes to mind was the impeachment trial of president estrada when joker arroyo had a verbal tussle on some finer points of the law with former senator Francisco Tatad. Joker cut off Tatad (who is not a lawyer, but a brilliant fellow. he was one the spokesman of the late president marcos) by saying, "I'd rather argue with a lawyer." now, japeeps I ask you, you invite your judges and lawyer friends here so that we can talk about the law. I don't want to argue with you about it. ok?

Kung hinde counter flow yun bakit siya nag merge Doon Sa correct lane?

And alisin mo pagka lawyer mo dito Dahil wala naman connection Sa issue hinde Naman kami naghahanap ng rule of law.

We don't need to complicate issue dito Sa forum.

Jaguar driver counterflowed he admitted his mistakes. But you're saying otherwise, kahit na obvious na Sa video
shadow, maraming salamat na alam nyo pala yung "due process of law." if we read all the posts here from the beginning, the issue was relegated to this erroneous postulate na: he drove a fancy car=he was rich=he could easily violate our laws. shadow, he admitted he ran fast. did he admit he counterflowed? that video is admissible in the court of law against him (but kailangan pang establish yung authenticity nyan. evidence is a difficult subjevt). but still the prosecution has the burden of proving by proof beyond reasonable doubt that he committed the crime charged. di sa pagmamayabang, nagturo po tayo ng criminal law, constitutional law, criminal procedure, evidence close to 20 years. way of life na natin yan. you cannot just hammer into my throat your opinion kasi iba yung background ko sa inyo. that is why I keep saying let us agree to disagree kasi a person however guilty in the mind of every body may piring yung katarungan natin. yan ang tinuturo natin sa mga estudyante na ngayon naging abogado na. so let us agree to disagree muna. ok?

yebo, I'm not playing god. if you say "hindi pala marunong magbasa na english". it is not true. anyway, why do you use the word "sh!t" here? where does it come from? yebo, I'm not just a MERE professor. open your mind. you learn many things here. ok?

I wish that forum threads like these would help bind people together not break them apart by guiltless freedom of expression. Let us try to be the real Filipinos of yesteryears who were known to be calm, respectful and helpful in imparting knowledge or sharing and not overly expressing their thoughts as if one's thinking is better than the other. Just watching from the sidelines… keep safe everyone.
thank you for your nuggets of wisdom. really true.
