Yung Tracker ID is Volunteer police, nagkataon lang kaibigan ng kabarkada ko yung WPD district director, pero that ID is for volunteers talga, I think yung standard process nya is to go to WPD HQ sa U.N. and ask for an application form, sabihin niyo goon squad kayo ng tsikot hehehe

yung operation wang wang iba ata yun, tatanong ko, pero mahirap kse manghuli ng wang wang din talga, nakakapahya kung legal yung wang wang nung hinuli mo.
