what i did was, call my mother branch and request for an inter-withdrawal here near my work. nag-send lang ng email yung bdo mother branch ko sa other bdo branch and when i went there, ready na yung money.
ang ayoko lang, nung pinadalhan ako ng cc with sm advantage...sabi ko, ayaw ko nung cc. after a few months, may dumating na bill although wala me babayaran. makatawag nga for formal cancellation of the cc.

si erpats may billing ng bdo AMEX cc, pero wala naman siya card. ayun galit si erpats at tinawagan ang bdo!
eto pa napansin ko sa bdo ni erpats, panay ang renewal ng cc niya. i mean, yung bdo mismo ang nagrerenew ng cc niya, supplementary si ermats

March 20th, 2009 11:38 PM #45oo nga meron na daw charge sabi ng misis ko na ngwwork sa bdo,actually recently lang daw yun na-impliment.100 kapag same local tapos yung interregional 200. ang policy kasi daw sa bdo kung saan yung branch mo,dun ka talaga dapat magwithdraw, inaaccomodate lang daw kayo kapag interbranch added service kung baga.

March 20th, 2009 11:46 PM #46sbi ng misis ko na taga bdo, ngcchange ng rate kaya better check out sa site ng bdo na lang or better ask or call sa bank, previous promo pa yung .88 na sinasabi mo daw. and once na nagapply ka normally mga 3weeks to one month yung processing,mabusisi daw kasi sila talgang CI to the max.

March 21st, 2009 12:05 AM #47Pwede talaga naman gamitin yung bdo atm card anywhere na may POS, syempre minsan hindi naman natin maiiwasan na na-ooffline yung system kaya siguro on your part hindi tinanggap ng system that time, of course not all the time perfect naman yung system natin parang internet lang yan, na-ooffline.
and if ever naman na mangyari yung mga ganyang bagay, all you need to do is to track your transaction/s kung saan ka nadebit and how much keep your receipt.report to the call center 6318000 sa bdo yan.syempre may procedure din yan,investigation and all kaya konting patience lang, ibabalik din naman yan.

March 21st, 2009 12:13 AM #48Kaya naman ngo-offline yung atm machine kasi siguro madaling maubos yung cash, siyempre kelangan magreplenish,sobrang dami na kasi yung client ng bdo kaya naman gamit na gamit yung facility nila.
Walang charge yung pagpurchase nyo using your bdo atm card, automatic debit lang yun pagswipe.

March 21st, 2009 12:20 AM #49Hindi talaga maiiwasan sa ibang branch mahaba pila specially malls. Sobrang convenient kasi nga ang bdo kaya sobrang dami na sila clients. Kung tutuusin nga mas mabibilis pa yung mga tellers ng bdo compared to other banks kaya, tingnan mo kaya sila haba na ng pila super bagal pa ng mga tellers.

Malamang kaya ka nabawasan ng 200 per month it's either nadormant na yung account mo or nagfall below ka sa maintaining balance. you should know that nung nagopen ka ng account. Walang hidden charges sa account opening.
