unless the mortgage holder (da bank!) is in on the agreement, it is a gamble.
a lot rests on the seller's honesty. he can make it easy for you, or he can make it difficult for you.

once the car is fully paid for, the bank will release the car papers to the "original" owner and not to you, dahil siya at hindi kayo ang may official contract with the banco.

to be sure, go to the bank and ask their opinion, before you close the deal with the seller.

Kunin mo na lang yung CR sa bank kasama yung clearance and release of chattel mortgage and deed of sale. Then patransfer lang derecho. Pwede naman yun.

Ang ayaw ng banko sa iba nila ibibigay ang documents other than yung nagloan sa kanila

pasalo.. 99% of the time not worth your hassle or the risks you will incur.

pansin ko rin sa pasalo 99.9% of the time di realistic presyo nun nagbebenta. wishful thinking sila na kakagat ang buyer maski mahal for reasons like di maaprubahan ng bank loan. pati depreciation at hassle ng transfer ng documents sa buyer ipapasalo.

hehe sige arbitrary talaga yun figures ko. pero kapag nakikita ko sa FB madalas walang concept ng depreciation. talagang they are banking on the premise na di ma aprubahan ng car loan at gustong gustong magkasasakyan ni buyer. baka nga yun iba diyan kumita pa.

yun documents naman you are banking on the premise na super tino ng kausap mo na most of the time will be a complete stranger. Paisip isip ka hanggang matapos yun loan, makuha documents sa bank at finally ma-transfer yun cr to you.

Tama ka. Gusto pa mabawi yun nahulog na nila.

Presyong mga hinde gipit, mga Hindd kailagan magpa assume balance.

Don't deal with these people. Huwag kayo maging tanga na iligtas mga ito na ma repossess ng bank yun kotse nila.
