when I was working with an Oil and Gas company one of the rule given to us during our DDT seminar (defensive Driving technique) was;

Consider all vehicles, object and living things on the road as Hazard

I heard first time, 70 Rules of Defensive Driving. I think it has only few of rules.

seriously, if i have 70 rules to remember while driving, hindi na ako magdadadrive mabangga pa ko.

i have the same thinking actually. 70 is too many to memorize, even in the 10 commandments most screw up.
