Sadly my elder brother still has not realized this and still runs as fast as hell. My papa to some extent too, not really fast although faster than me. Siguro slow siya compared to others, pero at his age its faster than most people in their late 60s. Kaya I avoid driving late night or early evening, kasi marami talagang may sira at still has not realized the value of life.

Kaya ok din ang traffic and pot holes keeps people at bay.

I know what you mean. speed is addictive. I used to drive fast but now I keep to 80 - 100, 120 on SLEX. But I choose the time and place I drive fast. If the road is clear and I'm not endangering anyone else on the road but myself, I drive faster, depending on the car and conditions. as a rule, I never drive fast on EDSA; I keep to 80 kph.

I hate people who drive fast on crowded roads. If they're going to risk killing themselves, they should do it in private.

That road in Cagayan is great for high speed but I can't recall the name of the highway. It goes straight for so many kilometers and I was amazed to find a road like this here. You're driving through a grassy plain and you have this incredible urge to go as fast as you can. If I had a porsche or ferrari, I know where I'd drive it

Ako naman eh 185KPH in a '93 GLi sa Skyway Northbound. I was racing against ang SiR, nagchicken out siya at 175, pero I'm sure kayang kaya ako nun! Pawis yung mga kamay ko at yung upuan ko after doing that, and I swore never to do that again!

As a passenger naman, 210KPH in a BMW 320. Bago yung Skyway nun and gusto namen i-try nung friend ko. Ayun, di ko namalayan ganon na kami kabilis hehehe.

Now, I limit my speed to 100. Sayang kasi sa gas eh. You really have to choose where to drive fast. There's a time and place for everything ikanga;)

Hi! Just signed in to share my experience on the road (my fastest speed on the road, that is). I was able to hit 170 last month with my 1.3 vios. I was on my way home with my wife around past midnight along SLEX (southbound) when I saw behind my rear mirror a speeding civic. Well syempre medyo na-challenge ako and since I've got nothing to lose (I'm just driving a 1.3 vios,remember?) I decided to make a go for it. We were neck-and-neck starting from the skyway off-ramp in Bicutan till after Sucat. Whew!! Nakakatakot yung ganung speed. After that, I try not to go past 140 anymore. . . . . :D
