March 16th, 2004 08:39 AM #11what happens kung mabangga mo yung test drive vehicle nila? dyan ako natatakot, lagi nila akong pinapatest drive pero kinakabahan ako, one time pinadrive ko nalang dun sa sales agent para lang mafeel ko yung ride quality, kahit as a passenger lang.

March 16th, 2004 09:45 AM #14expect the new players(ford, gm) to be a bit more accomodating...sila ung naghahabol sa honda, toyota, nissan, etc
...and i think a lot has to do with that particular salesperson's clout, i.e. kung malakas sya eh malamang maba bypass ung mga usual requirements for a test drive
some honda websites do have online registration/scheduling for test drives, but i think you need to fill in some personal info

On a sidenote, dapat naman accomodating sila sa mga test drives, since you are the customer. Like in my previous post, its how well trained the sales professional is.

Mukhang maganda yung Public Test Drive nung Honda a. Sigurado maraming magsa-signup dyan.

as for the opportunities... check out boards and other postings... usually meron inooffer...
i've tested the corolla altis , 1.6J, E and the 1.8G nila na gate type matic... sa fort... i'll be coming to the fort this sat to try out the honda units.... and at times.. just go to dealers... and drop off your calling cards... after awhile you'd be getting invites for test drives... i got one for a BMW 5 series... (syempre nde na ako pumunta.. nde ko rin naman talaga kaya bilihin eh).. also one for a ford E150...
just visit the dealers... who knows.. baka meron available unit for test drive.... just be sure you are ready for the sales talk afterwards... they dont let people drive the cars for nothing...hehehe
