My question was directed to those who shared or stated that women who drive here should learn how to drive and behave accordingly, not that I'm agreeing with them that they should comply and be like that. In fact, never at all. As you've said nga, wala naman sa age at gender yan eh. Nasa tao talaga yun.
Sana mam hindi niyo naman kagad inassume na biased ako sa tanong na yun, kasi hindi naman eh.

but then, who will prove that you've already driven X number of hours and certify it? where should it be gained?
if only the licensing system and traffic rules are implemented properly, a lot of the countries problem will be solved, pati yung away mag-asawa dahil laging late si mister umuwi.

April 20th, 2018 02:57 PM #49I think there should be an emergency button when such situation arises. More like an eject button on fighter planes. The car goes into neutral and the brakes are safely applied by the computer. All events are recorded to better assess what went wrong.
I believe these things happen on the following:
1) Driver is not focused, distracted by work, problems, texting, phone calls, etc.
2) Carelessness, stepping on the gas instead of the brakes
3) Carpet stuck on the gas pedal
4) New to automatic transmission, manual driver for a long time
5) Drugs, alcohol, medication, lack of sleep, tiredness, health issues
6) Mental illness like schizophrenia, bipolar, autism, etc.
7) Elderly, dementia, forgetfulness, slow coordination
8) Vehicle design flaw
I put human error first rather than vehicle flaw.
