July 31st, 2014 01:01 AM #11don't bribe the investigators. things have a way of surfacing...
even if she manages to renew her license asap, a short but dutiful investigation will show that her license was expired at the time of the accident. because that's the first thing i would ask, if i were the investigator.
and yes, if she bumps a car from behind, she is the default at fault, unless she can show that the car backed up on her..
put it this way... tatlo silang may kasalanan, because they all were following too closely.. yung nasa unahan lang ang walang kasalanan siguro.
and without a valid license, she is at the mercy of the insurance guys.. but she probably has to answer only to the car in front of her..Last edited by dr. d; July 31st, 2014 at 01:03 AM.

May bumangga sakin dati, NO LICENSE. My kuya said not to bother anymore since kup*l yung bumangga sakin and the damage was less than 5k. It's not worth the headache daw.
Is it possible for her to just pay the participation sa car na binangga niya?

Hit and run.
Last edited by chookchakchenes; July 31st, 2014 at 01:23 AM.

In reality po Sir JonJon,

He,he.
I may be stupid, but I am not a fool.
