    Hi!

    mine is 1.6L version.
I am wondering since some of here already dismantled their lovely vehicle.
Does the stock HU includes an additional output channels (not for rear, just additional or extra)?
I am planning to expand it with an active subwoofer.
Expand only and not modify the whole sound system of the fiesta (para tipid tipid kasi ok na sound nia eh, just want to add a subsonic capable speaker ).

For those thinking of LED brake lights, here is how I did mine:

It turns out the 3watt LED light bulb from CDR King can be driven using 12volts

I have a Fiesta sedan but your own brake lights should have a circuitry similar to this:

The LED heatsink is too wide to get into the existing hole

    The solution:

As usual, my son Carlos helped by pressing the brake pedal.

The kids over at Fordclubph already solved the absence of a filter for the Fiesta's A/C.

Napakaganda ng guide kaya hindi na ako gumawa pa ng sa akin.

Because of the heavy rains, it has become obvious that my 2yr 8months old wipers are no longer performing satisfactorily.

I read that buying them from the casa would cost shy of P6,000. Silblade replacements nasa P3,500 din ang dalawa.

Next option for me was to visit Concorde SM Pampanga. Lahat hook type ang meron at wala nung katulad ng sa Fiesta. They offered me an adaptor so that the wiper arm will become a hook type.

With this hope, I bought 2 adaptors and NWB wiper blades, 15" and 26".

Arriving at home and studying the problem, I concluded that the adaptors will not work without destroying the stock wiper arms. I eventually replaced the rubber of the stock blades with the NWB serving as "refill". Cost only about P500 and some sweat with additional enjoyment of the DIY experience.

    So here goes the procedure:

Take note of which is the top and bottom of the blades and start with the short one as practice.

At the top and bottom, pry off end cap using a dull knife. Pry the sides of the cap, not the ends. the lock prevents movement towards the tip.

Take note of this lock inside. It must engage when you close it later.

Remove the original rubber by pulling up a portion of the tip outside the metal channel, then pulling down all of it. This is because there is a metal stopper near the top end.

On the NWB, remove the rubber by spreading the metal "fingers" that are stopping the the rubber from falling off.

Remove the metal stiffeners from the NWB rubber and make a cut same as the original rubber.

Insert the NWB rubber into the original metal channel with the cut tip outside of the channel initially. Pag dating sa top ng channel, stretch it over the tip and insert the cut portion into the top channel.

Medyo nahirapan ako sa second wiper blade dahil mahaba sya. Alam nyo naman gaano kahirap ipasok ang mahaba lalo na kung malambot pa. Kelangan ng pampadulas.

I tried some soap and later quick detailer spray. Mahirap pa rin pero tyaga lang at natapos din. I was not able to try baby oil, it's up to you if you want to try it yourself.

In conclusion, performance now is just like when it was brand new. Basta extra care and don't rush the job, this DIY is both economical and enjoyable.

I cant find a video on how to disassemble the transmitter key fob to replace the battery. May step by step ba kayo or should I just let the casa do this?

Any pics on how you connected the wire to the circuit? Solder lang ba or did you have to cut anything on the circuit?

Direct to PCB yung solder ng wire. Swerte at 12 volts yung rating nung bulb.

Sorry if this is considered a late post, hinihila lang both ends of the key fob and then break open the end wihtout the flip key, andun yung access sa battery.
