Pwede sya Sir Haus. Some MP3 players sa CDR-King can accept USB memory stick around 500 petot lang. Katabi pa naman nitong AUX IN yung cigarette lighter. Meron na kaagad abang ng power.
Swabe to kung songs lang trip mo. Kaya lang what I listen to are audio books 1 hour long or more. I have to stick with my old Ipod where you can scroll easily within the 1 hour audio file.
What I am actually keeping my eye open for is a touch screen media player na pasok dun sa secret compartment. Android OS would be best.

i use an ipod nano, nilagyan ko ng velcro strips sa likod at dyan sa pwesto niya para di pahayahaya at puede kong i view at i browse without too much compensation sa driving ko, saka easy to remove siya for uploading new songs or for conspicuous parking areas, madaling itago. Now if you plan to integrate the mp3 player to the plastic itself, then make sure of the visibility to the driver.

Jefrox repapips!
That is a very good solution for an MP3 player.
Alam mo naman hilig natin, yung meron bubutasan o puputulin. Sobrang mahal naman Ipod kung maiiwan sya forever naka embed sa plastics ng FoFi.
Dapat yung medyo cheap lang gaya nga ng CDR-King products.
Now that you mention it, hindi nga masyado visible sa driver yung aux port kung dun tung screen.
Binabalaan ko na yung secret compartment. Baka dun matuloy. Hindi lang MP3, baka media player na mapunta dun. O kaya GPS navigator con media player.

Adding another section in "not in the manual" is the area under the fresh air intake grill. Dirt and debris accumulate here and you might want to open it to do some clean up work.

Examining the windshield edge, no sharp or hard objects come in contact with it. No danger of anything causing a crack outside of a collision itself. Even a stone impact would be near impossible at this edge.

While in the area, I observed the fresh air intake going into the cabin. It is a simple basket like structure with no foam or fabric acting as a filter.
In the video below, I disengaged the "basket" for you to see the hole leading into the A/C.

It will depend on the Amperes of whatever device you will be installing. If not yet, start learning to read the amperes of each device. You need to total them first before coming up with a wire size.
Too large a wire will be a waste of money that can be spent on other goodies.
Filament bulbs consume more than LEDs for the same amount of light produced.
I will be delighted to see what you will be doing.Last edited by vivafoxpro; June 1st, 2011 at 11:59 PM.

A freshly shot video of the lock indicator. A change in my garage's lights allowed for a clearer shot
