imo, kung plate holder lang naman without the cover wala namang tampering dun at does not impede in any way the visibility of the license plate. it only facilitate the installation of the plate gaya sa case ng everest natin na nasa gitna ang pwesto ng screws.

wala naman talaga tampering sa plate holder. the tampering happened when the holes were drilled sa license plate.

the plate holder is a different violation. please see the link i posted earlier. it says bawal na ang plate holder at cover. i myself bought a plate holder to avoid drilling holes on the plate, but it's a bit discreet compared with the one in the earlier picture.



i was asking mr. vasquez if he has a holder without the lip (upper part, meron din yan sa lower part) para totally nakatago yung holder, pero wala daw sya. so i settled for the next best thing and what is available.
