they advised us na kung gusto pa undercoat ay mga 6mos. after purchase daw(sayang daw kasi yung factory applied na undercoat)
tapos yung sa sinasabi ko na parang kinakalawang, yung sa mga disc brake pala sa under chassis wala naman daw. sabi nila sa casa "normal" lang daw yun. (totoo ba?)

Natural lang na magkaroon ng kalawang yun disc brake at hindi talaga kasama sa paglagay ng undercoat.
Pwede ka na magpalagay ng undercoat pag labas ng casa at pwede ulit ulitin yun under coat after a year and another year, wag lang lalampas ng 2-3 times kasi masyado na bibigat yun undercoat at baka kusa ng matuklap. Meron advantage yun medyo thick na undercoat protection sa tama or talsik ng bato sa ilalim.

As for my experience, 2009 model T-Innova, till now wala pa naman kalawang kahit na walang additional undercoating, provincial road route. Which I think this is applicable to all vehicles right now especially to new model. Kaya nasa owner na rin kung minsan, pero sabi nga nila may advantage at disadvantage sa makapal na undercoat. Additional weight sa car pero additional protection naman sa ilalim lalo na kung gusto mong mag-off road once in a while. Yung Disc Brake kinakalawang talaga yan, normal lang po yun. So in short pag sa highway ka lang naman lagi ang route natin at bibihira malubog sa baha.. di na po kailangan ang additional undercoat.. Pero pag provincial road at may mga off-road kang dinadaanan then kung may budget ka, go for it.. Yun nga lang mas bibigat po yung Eve natin. Maraming salamat po..

June 21st, 2016 11:19 AM #4078Speaking of off raod mags.. and wheels.. ramdam ko ung bigat ng 275.55.20 na AT ng Nitto compared sa stock ko dati na 20 na HT.. sana sinubukan ko muna ung between HT and AT ng Nitto (forgot the name). Lalo kung hatawan.. masmadali makalayo using the stock wheels,, kaya lang prob sa stock wheels masyado manipis.. kakatakot sa mga lubak unlike sa 275.55 ganda ng ride plus ung mas kampante ka na mas madami ka ng rubber.. napansin ko lang..
