September 1st, 2023 11:26 AM #41Anong advantage ng e-shifter na yan compare to traditional AT?
Eto ba yung feature na may auto parking feature?

Yep, I think this is the one where if you park your car and forgot to move the shift to P, it will automatically do it for you
Looks like the low batt appears to be a safety feature for the shifter but the actual operation in other conditions made it unsafe. Makes you wonder how extensive and comprehensive Ford did its testing.
Looks like a software reprogram will solve it unless there are other underlying issues.

September 1st, 2023 04:40 PM #44Naalala ko kasi tong feature na to sa Ford Territory.
May auto park feature but you need to prepare the car first based on its positioning before it can maneuver itself automatically for parking.
Im wondering why hindi included ang Ford Territory?
May e-shifter din daw to, dahil kaya non-Ford to and hindi responsibility ng Ford Australia ang pag fix?
High chance Ford Territory is also affected, but dahil lowcost unit, walang recall for now.

Ford Territory is sourced from China.
Australia sources most of their Rangers and Everests from Thailand’s Rayong plant, and some from Silverton, South Africa. The all-new Territory also has this feature, but it is not part of the Australia recall as the Territory is sourced from China.Last edited by Monseratto; September 1st, 2023 at 05:23 PM.

Musta na mga NewGen Evie owners?
Any issues with your ride?
So far as akin, no issues pa rin (knock on wood)
My odometer already read 15,494 km
My oil level (accessed through Ford Pass) is still at 42% at sabi ng casa hindi pa din kailangan palitan. But I will have this changed at the 20,000km PMS, regardless if it is still above the orange line.
Manual FC computation (60% Highway and 40% City) netted me about 11.89km per liter
By the way, there is an update for the Ford Pass already.

November 20th, 2023 02:42 AM #48Received a Service Recall last July pertaining to the car's Brake Fluid Level Warning.
Walang warning when brake fluid falls below the pre-determined level.
All they did was to update the Body Control Module (BCM) software for few hours.
As per casa, few units were affected, but I never see any reports or discussions about this recall.
Anyway, hindi naman masyadong critical since I always check my fluids every use.
So far no other issues sa Everest Sport ko na almost a year old na rin.
Still runs smooth, tahimik, and magaan dalhin considering siya ang pinakamalaki over the rest of the bunch.
Been to Baguio, Benguet, Bulacan.. hindi siya hirap, though mabilis siya sa expresssway.
Fuel consumption is relatively good.
