I passed by Ford Global earlier and happen to chat with a husband & wife customer. They just got their unit yesterday after reserving since last Nov just like me though they want the white. At the end, they got a white ecoboost instead of the Limited. They just grab it rather than wait, but they say for a 125K difference, the Limited features are what they've missed.
It's now official then that ecoboost is now being released instead of the initial plan of July.

there is just no way i would ever consider the ecoboost knowing that the price difference is only 125k but the performance and features is just too much.
btw here's my feedback so far:
-1 full tank got me up to 350+km and still a bit less than 1/4 remaining in the tank, mixed hi-way and very traffic edsa. for a car this big i think it's reasonable.
-power is perfect for our roads, not to fast and not to slow. i'm only saying not to fast because i've driven lots of very fast cars and currently own an x5m,c63 and r8 in the states. but compared to regular cars here in the philippines it is pretty damn fast.
-handling is pretty great, i won't compare it to our cars in the states but i liked the handling of my forester better. the steering wheel of the forester was pin point accurate unlike the explorer, i'm not saying that the explorer's steering wheel is bad it is actually great compared to a lot of cars but subaru is really different when it comes to handling.
-it's pretty comfortable and quiet inside, i can barely hear the engine inside and going 140-180km/h feels like you're only going about 90-100km/h. sometimes i don't even notice that i'm already going 100km/h.
-i've read a lot of bad feedbacks about ford's mytouch and so far haven't experienced any of those. also a lot of people are saying that it is hard to use but for me it wasn't, it only took me about 10-15min. playing around with it to figure out how it works. sure it wasn't as easy as bmw's and mercedes but you don't have to be a genius to figure out how it works.
-it looks really great, a true head turner. every time i see someone pass by my car at a parking lot they look at it.
-features are great it has almost all the features and toys on my x5m, almost.
-legroom for the 1st and 2nd row is pretty great even if the front seats are positioned all the way back, actually almost everyone who rode my car was surprised at how big the interior space is. 3rd row seats ofcourse doesn't have a great leg room but so far this has the best leg room for cars with 3rd row seats that's identical to it.
-my iphone sometimes won't automatically connect, i think that happened to me about 4 times already. i had to manually connect it again.
-door is a bit heavier than what i'm used to, a soft close door feature would be perfect.
-the only thing that really pisses me off on this car is the headlight, sobrang hina talaga or maybe i'm just used to HID since all my cars that i've bought since 2004 was and is HID from the factory. after i break it in i plan to have it retro fitted by garyq.

Yup yung Hart International, madami silang ganyan. I saw there display at the recent MIAS. Sila din yung distributor ng Mothers ba yun? Kalaban ng Meguire's. Anyway, I inquired about the cargo liner for the current Explorer, sabi nila magkakaroon daw in the future but I haven't called them since MIAS.
Prostee, mabuti nabanggit mo. Will call them tomorrow and will let you know.

Haha oo pwede baka maka-discount
Ang mamahal ng mga floor liners nila. For example, 4-piece set (2 front, 2 back, di pa kasama yung cargo), at least 4K-5K. I assumed that was MIAS price, ewan lang natin pag sa store nila kung magkano pa.
