breakfast at home: water, milo or low fat milk or delmonte pineapple juice (added fiber)
breakfast at hotel: water, fresh milk and fruit juices
breakfast at mcdo: water, eight o'clock juice or hot chocolate

I answered OTHERS. Actually, I drink MOCHA. It's a combination of instant coffee, chocquik (belgian chocolate variant), coffee creamer, and splenda, in proportion of 1:1:1:1. Stir in hot water in a mug. This gets me on the go in the morning. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Any instant coffee will do, local or imported. At times, I substitute chocquik with milo or ovaltine. I use splenda to lessen the calorie load.

Bfast * 12mn: 2 glasses of citrus-peach juice

coffee! i get to work early so i normally have breakfast here. since coffee is free, i take coffee in the morning, after lunch and in the late afternoon...

October 12th, 2007 09:14 AM #110Noong bata-bata ako, paborito kong inumin coke at sprite kahit umaga...Pero ngayon, bawal na ang kape, tea, carbonated water, etc. etc. Tubig na lang daw sabi ni Doc.. kasi hyper acidic ako.
