halos malumpo ako. hindi makapaniwala mga tao sa opis namin kasi going 30's palang ako. mahilig ako sa dinuguang lamang loob.

this from a 'current' gout sufferer...
1. during an attack - voltaren agad. 2x 50mg na tab then 1tab na lang every 4hrs
2. to keep it from coming back - 3tsp/1tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, honey, water: timplahin nyo lang ung lasa (dagdag ng honey para mawala yung tapang). then tubig as chaser.
I swear by the apple cider vinegar thing. It helped in the 'healing' (i.e., mas nakaka-bilis mawala ng pain at swelling)
Google it. Madaming health benefits din ang pag take ng ACV.

Ang tatanda nyo na pala, puro kayo mga sakitin. Ako 49 na, wala ako nyang mga sakit na yan. Favorite foods ko pa yang mga bawal sa inyo - dinuguan, bopis, munggo, beans, eggplant, etc.
Kulang kayo sa pawis. Siguro office jobs lahat kayo?

Nasa age ba? Mataas uris acid ko, actually borderline since my mid 20s. Mahilig lang talaga ako sobra sa nuts and beans etc
