karamihan ng puto ngayon hindi na gawa sa galapong.
ngayon mga peke na kundi gawa na lang sa hotcake mix may halo ng harina.
parang mga bibingka.
dati naaalala ko ginigiling pa yung bigas sa gilingan na bato tapos lalabas yung galapong.

October 24th, 2023 01:53 AM #53naghahanap ako ng legit na puto pao eh hangang ngayon wala pa ako makita.
Kanina pumunta ako sa suzies cuisine pero hindi daw sa bigas. Pero yung pure puto nila eh bigas talaga.
Bakit pag puto pao na may asado-filling eh all purpose flour na gagamitin???? Kasi kung ganyan wag nyo tawagin puto pao. Ang tamang tawag eh siopao.

We bought putong bigas sa Lipa. It was only P300 per bilao. It's so good!!! Makunat at alam mong wala talagang flour. We gave to our neighbors and one texted na papabili siya when we go back there. haha.

We had Ted's batchoy with puto last week. It has unli refill of sabaw, but the sabaw isn't as good as I remember it dati. Pero masarap sawsaw yung puto sa batchoy.
