    maybe burning the meat a bit will add to the taste.

    also, many steak places have secret ingredients that are not known to the outside world.
    perhaps we haven't yet discovered these secret ingredients, hence the difference in taste.

    sa local, Garcia's okay na kami. sa imported kapag nag-uuwi kapatids ko from Costco - Rib eye.

    the best talaga sa grill. if not then grill pans are the best for quick steaks. heavy bottom grill pans.

    majority of steak houses use oven&broiler

    sous vide sana... but that takes too effort lol

    palengke bought or newly butchered beef from a nearby slaughter house

    salt and black pepper over charcoal grill.

    pag local beef medyo matigas talaga..

    minsan sa S&R nag sa sale sila.. tapos salt and pepper lang 3 minutes per side.. high heat..

    I think their photo isnt for the filipino lol. that middle part looks like its still beating.

    I think the thread is going towards home cooked steaks. find and buy 30-100$ of meat and cook in different ways.
