maybe burning the meat a bit will add to the taste.
also, many steak places have secret ingredients that are not known to the outside world.

kanya kanya panlasa yan. sa kanila normal ang pagka "gamey sa atin" with cinnamon as main spices.
pero kaya ka nga nag lamb para sa distict taste nya like cara meat. kung beef hanap mong lasa wag ka mag lamb tulad ng ibang pasosyal tapos dami reklamo (maanggo etc.)
btt:
salt and lots of freshly cracked black pepper for me. lasa really depends on the cuts and cooking style. kung fancy flavored -sayang ang beef/lamb- mag pork ka na lang

sa local, Garcia's okay na kami. sa imported kapag nag-uuwi kapatids ko from Costco - Rib eye.

minsan sa S&R nag sa sale sila.. tapos salt and pepper lang 3 minutes per side.. high heat..
