May kaibigan ako mahilig sa 3-1 coffee siguro daw nakaka 2 to 3 pcs sya everyday nagkakape ng 3-1 yun diabetic na siya nag-insulin na siya

3 in 1 kasi is mostly sugar, dati ayaw ko nyan kasi sobrang tamis, but now ok lang sa akin, may mga sugar free naman na version ito

get the 2-in-1 old town variety (malaysian) that i like so much. medyo price-y, but masarap for me.
also, there are local versions of sugar-free 3-in-1, using artificial sweeteners.
and there's the decades-old classic plain instant coffee powder or granulated preparations. add palamuti and sweetener, to taste.

yang mga diabetics na yan, ay, to quote my favorite endocrinologist, "puro sinungaling ang mga yan!".

basta hindi lagi.. para sakin hindi naman masama.. lahat talaga ng sobra masama..

kung nag 3-in-1 na ako ng isa..
next kong kape wala na, pure black na lang..

Pwede din naman honey naman minsan, minsan artificial sweetener din..

Pa-iba iba ako.. Pero instant coffee na plain lang or drip coffee ang kape ko..

Wala ako coffee maker / machine.. kaya instant coffee lang kape dito sa bahay..

OT: sa mga diabetic, di kasi natin alam lifestyle nila.. Iba iba din ng case..
Pwedeng mahilig na sya sa 3-in-1, nagmi milktea pa sya at nagsu-softdrinks.. tapos kung kumain pa ng rice madami din per meal..
Kung sinamahan pa niya ng tinapay yan, or cupcake or cookies.. naku good luck talaga.. kahit siguro maganda genes mo kung daily ganyan lifestyle mo bibigay katawan mo kapag nagka edad na..

umiinom ako 3-in-1 pero softdrinks baka sa isang taon marami na yung 5 na pagkakataon na napa inom ako.. ganun din sa milktea at frappes.. ekis sakin lalo bottled juices at instant iced tea.. [emoji28] ayaw ko nyan.. isama na yung pine apple juice din sa fastfood.. tubig lang talaga ako at kape..

Nabili ko lang sa Robinsons Supermarket. Mas preferred ko yung latte kesa Italian.

i chanced upon pacman's 3-in-1 coffee with malunggay, and tried it.

let's just say,
"if he's relying on it to help win in the elections... he's gonna lose."
but this is my personal palatal opinion only, of course.

Walang mga stock ng gusto ko kanina na instant coffee, walang Great Taste Granules, walang Nescafe Gold..
Wala din bagong coffee na pwedeng subukan maliban sa TESCO Gold..
