instant coffee fanatics!

I used to drink instant coffee from sachet 3in1 but I have since change this habit because of sugar level in instant 3in1 coffee.

some manufacturers have "2-in-1" sachet...
ako na lang ang nagdadagdag ng synthetic sugah.

Minsan lang din ako mag-3in1..
Yung puro na kape lang din ang binibili ko..

May bagong instant coffee si Nescafe, Black, I got one pero inaantay ko pamaubos itong Strong ko. I wanted to try Alegria available lang ata online, perodi ko abutin ang sale price, palaging ubos and I don't want to try it at full price. Nagbago din timpla ko sa kape, dati 1 coffee, 1 creamer, and half sachet equal (ung tablets are better kasi 1 equals 1 teaspoon lang). But now, 2 coffee, 2 creamer and 1 sachet equal, although i prefer 3/4 sachet, kaso hassle, so sinanay ko na lang sarili ko sa sobrang tamis.

May bago pala si Nescafe.. Masyado kasi ako loyal sa GTG kaya hindi na ako tumitingin sa iba kapag nasa coffee section ako..
Nung nagkasakit ako hindi ako nag-coffee [emoji28] 3 weeks yun.. nawalan kasi ako ng gana pati sa kape hindi ako nasabik..
Nung gumaling na ako, sobra cravings ko sa matamis.. honey na lang muna hinahalo ko pangpatamis, ewan ko kung nakakataba ba yung honey.. Tatlong kutsaritang honey lagi nilalagay ko kapag mag kape ako.. no creamer no milk.. coffee+honey lang..

When grounds run out, I do Robert Timms coffee bags or UCC drip when availble. When not? GTG....All taken strong & pure black.

Once a day na lang ako Sir Kags.. Yung pang hapon ko Lipton Tea na lang.. Green Tea + Black Tea + Honey.. Nagpa-palpitate kasi ako sa GTG..

Pag walang espresso or brewed, on rotation either ang UCC 114 or 117 instant. Walang creamer and asukal.

Yung Great Taste, yan ang instant nung araw sa probinsya at pang sabaw sa kanin.

Naalala ko tuloy dati sa zambales, hills bros lang available sa binibilhan namin, walang nescafe, ang pait but then I got used to it. Nung makatikim ako ng Nescafe, ang tabang, but I got used to it again. Siguro if I try great taste baka kasing tapang yan ng Nescafe strong.
