Pre cooked na kasi yun and technique para buo pa rin ang marrow when served. Pangit pag nawala yung marrow inside.

    Reviving this thread... and craving.

Any recommendations for a family-friendly resto in Tagaytay that makes honest-to-goodness Bulalo in 2024?

I am aware that most are overpriced now... potential tourist traps, even. But there ought to still be the lesser evil of the lot. A place that still makes them mostly the old-fashioned way without too much reliance on flavor enhancers.

We have been to Bulalo Point twice in the past. Save for the crowd, it's great comfort food. This time however, I want check out the other options and be a little bit more adventurous.

Tried Jaytee's recently. It had its fair share of flavor enhancers.

I think pare pareho lang na may kaka-ibang taste ang Bulalo ng Tagaytay...

Pero I remember eating sa Mahogany Market once (nag renew ako ng driver's license) and big plus na they can remove the marrow for you tapos linagay nila sa separate bowl (not sure if they'll still offer this now kasi (as per video below) iba na pala itsura nung foodcourt
