May nagbigay nang sili from Bulacan.. more than 500 grams din..
Kaya.. Chili Oil ka.. not chili garlic.. ayaw ko kasi nung maanghang na lasang garlic.. gusto ko maanghang lang..
was able to make four 230 grams bottle, yung lalagyan nang QueenB honey..

for every 100 grams, u need 1 cup oil, any oil.. i used palm oil..
1. wash the chilis and remove the stem part
2. in your blender, combine chilis, oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp lea perrins, 2 tbsp vinegar
3. in a non stick pan, saute 4 garlic cloves and 1 small onion, add 2 tbsp patis, then add chili / oil mixture
4. cook for 30 mins in low heat, stirring occasionally
5. add 1 chicken cube, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cook for another 10 mins
6. add 2 tbsp sugar and cook for another 10 mins
7. turn off heat and let it cool and transfer to bottles
*if you want it to be chili garlic sauce, add 3 whole garlic heads in the blender
