Taga-dun kasi parents ko, so when I was younger, halos longganisa and bagnet lang food ko for 2 weeks kapag summer break.

Tocino lang ang masarap sa Pampanga.
Meron din kame sa Cabanatuan niyan sweet longganisa. We called "hamonado longganisa"

the longganisa in my hometown ay yung matamis. sa place naman ng wife ko yung garlicky longganisa ng Alaminos. though we make our own skinless longganisa at home, we can vary the timpla if we want sweet or garlicky
