Yep, shape matters as much as size. Fat can be strategically located and appreciated. We don't really care about weight.

cannot answer that, there is no spot reduce sa fat loss, lahat liliit, sa girls hita at arms ang huling mawawala....sa men, tiyan...rule is, yung unang lumaki, huling liliit....

Di ako naghahanda sa Christmas nakikikain lang kami. Meron ako Christmas car, Yun luma ko Honda CRV or luma ng dad ko Hyundai Starex. Pag may Christmas gathering lagi ko pinapakita hindi kami nakakabili ng car kasi hirap kami sa buhay, I blocked all my posts in FB sa family ng wife ko, wife ko din ganun ginawa nya.

Tapos yun wala ako knukwento tungkol sa'min, tapos pag may nagyabang sa'min say anothervfamily member, nagpaparamdam ako na gusto ko mangutang. So they avoid me haha
