September 20th, 2016 05:06 PM #61based on experience, bilhin mo na lahat ng mods na ikakabit mo. kapag naipon mo na mga parts, ipa install mo ng sabay sabay tapos ECU remap na.
para icorrect AFR at timing based on mod at fuel used.
para isang dyno tuning na lang kesa sa bawat install ng mod, magpapa dyno ka na naman.

^^^ Anti baha daw yan. Sa panahon ng malakas na ulan at bahang daan, ayaw mo pasukan ng tubig yung exhaust mo.

I was recently thinking about getting an exhaust kit for the pick-up (on the premise that it will be good given the engine is turbocharged). After some discussion with someone on the board (who loves blowing up his car), the decision was it's better to go for the ECU/chip upgrade if i wanted outright gains. If you add other modifications later on, you can re-tune further. (note: i decided to work on the suspension and brakes first since power is adequate for my day-to-day needs)
A proper match of the system actually. With the same Sentra, the car had a Trust exhaust which i almost changed back to stock; when we installed the headers, the tone improved vastly (to a low, non-obtrusive sound) so it stayed on.

September 20th, 2016 06:07 PM #67hmm, this makes me think to proceed with my plan to replace the secondary section of the headers from my old corolla. currently it have a stock tubular headers of 4age20v, the 2-1 section is a restriction design, i wanna change it to straight "even" diameter pipe to flow better, and it might lessen the loudness too, or even just to mellow the throaty exhaust note.
