Mineral , semi synthetic or fully synthetic?

Zic A API SN 10w40, Idemitsu 10w30 API SM, I think is price around 800pesos

With these oil in a Gasoline Engine you can reach 5000 kms or 6months and that is conservative. Max is 7000 kms to once a year whichever comes first.

What viscosity was the semi synth and fully synth oil did you use? What was the previous oils used?

Both were from shell bro. Last change oil done was in a shell gas station as well. Forgot the type of oil they used, but it was in a red bottle.

Shell Silver bottle - fs
Blue - semi synthetic
Yellow - mineral oil
Red - mineral oil low end

If you are already using red-hx3 15w40, next step is hx3 20w50.

I wouldnt suggest delo, hdeo oils have a good amount of detergents. It will clean every nook and cranny in your engine, it might cause the leak to increase.

Hindi oil ang cause ng leaks. May tagas na talaga engine mo. Natunaw lang ng synthetic oils yung mga nagsolidify na particles kaya lumabas ang sakit ng sasakyan. Better have your seals replaced.
