Delo 400 is mineral Type II+ (not type II) as per dvldoc's post sa other thread. special type of Type II.

Delo 400 is CI4 plus (hindi lang CI4, CH4, etc).

Delo 400 LE is CJ4 na. eto na yung para sa mga DPF equipped diesels. lower na zinc levels nito. boron, etc na ang mataas ata dito to serve as the antiwear additive.

It will boil down to what your budget dictates. sabagay mataas din naman kung tutuusin yung TBN ng mobil MX (i think pati rin ata anti-wear). download mo na lang muna yung mga msds/pds nung mga tinatarget mo na oil then compare tapos ilaban mo sa budget mo.

Base sa recommendation ng isang kaibigan naming engineer from THP na related sa oil industry,- use mineral oil in the first 10,000 Km - 15,000Km para mag sit properly ang mga components ng makina....

And then shift to semi-synthetic and then fully-synthetic variants....

Yup, ZIC SD5000 (15w-40 multi-grade with CF-4 rating) lang gamit ko with OEM oil filter sa 1k kms break-in oil change ng 2010 strada 4x2 sa casa tapos ZIC 5000 (15w-40 multi-grade with CH-4 rating) with OEM oil filter sa 5k at 10k kms regular oil change sa casa. Used ZIC UP (10w-40 semi-synthetic with CI-4 rating) sa 15k regular oil change with OEM oil filter outside casa and suceeding regular oil change with Fleetguard LF3564 oil filter outside casa. Tahimik at swabe ang engine response using ZIC UP and Fleetguard oil filter.

sir retz, usually sa caltex ako bumibili lang delo gold ultra... mapapamahal ka pa kasi kung lilibot ka at hanap mas mura yung natipid mo nagastos din sa pang gas , hehehe..

mobil delvac nagkalat yan sa banawe area...

valvoline eh official partner nila ang ace sa distribution at retail... so mostly sa ace nga lang meron, meron din pa onti onti sa labas pero limited ang options in terms of model line up mostly pang motorsiklo makikita sa retail...

I have also noticed the Mag 1 All Fleet engine oil for diesel engine it sells for around Php330/Li and when I read the label I'm surprised that it is rated as API CJ-4.

meron pa din yung mga naunang delo multigrades sa mga ibang supplies. ultra ang pinakamarami dito ngayon sa amin. unang nagkakaroon ng 400 aside from caltex dito eh yung mga heavy equipment parts centers.

sige try ko nga delo gold next oil change. dungis kasi ng mga caltex stations dito, katamad din mag DIY.
tumahimik 4ja1 ko sa HX5. sana ganito lang until the next hundred kms.
