It's an additive for the radiator coolant.

Sorry medyo na O.T tuloy.. hahaha...

water wetter makes water more wet. ngak..biro lang...
seriously water wetter makes your existing "coolant mixture or distilled water" perform better in terms of "absorbing heat from the engine and dispersing it sa radiator"

water wetter added to distilled water only-------lowest temp achievable
water wetter added to 50/50 coolant------- medium temp reduction
water wetter added to 60/40 coolant------- low reduction in heat

**since distilled water does not provide corrosion resistance and protection, water wetter plus water only is advised to be used sa race...
**daily driven cars pwede na i-add ang water wetter sa 50/50 or 60/40(60-water/40-coolant)
** sakto isang bottle sa cars/suv

according sa website ng redline, water wetter makes the bubbles in the coolant or water to become more smaller and compact therefore increasing the area or volume to which heat will be exchanged...

thanks sir miko, not that OT at all as it is part of the engine cooling system. the engine oil whether mineral or systhetic act both as a lubricant and coolant to the engine system...

walang karatula kasi na nakalagay na superior motors sila, parang hindi nga tindahan eh...

got it! thanks for the effort Sir miko, galing may map pa talaga! btw, sila ba ang distributor ng red line oil?

pero you just need to add it at as a 5% of the total volume ng vehicle...7 liters=300ml lang...
ang difference nila ni redline ang mo-cool eh merong protection for the cooling system, so pwede i-add directly sa distilled water lang at good to go na...

Just bought ZIC A for my next oil change (5,000 OCI muna for the 15,000km service then starting at the 20,000km mark, i'll go FS + Baldwin for a 10,000kms OCI). This is semi-synthetic, 10W-40 and it cost P768 for a 4L bottle and P 218 for a 1L bottle (i needed 5L) from a seller on Sulit.
