October 20th, 2018 11:32 PM #2325Hmm... You mentioned that there are no problems once it is running. So I am inclined to believe that there is no problem in the engine itself.
I would first check the starter motor, battery and alternator. Then perhaps also the glow plugs, fuel filter and fuel pump.

Ifyou are suspecting air in line, try to install transparent chemical hose in between fuel filter and injection pump and between fuel filter and fuel inlet pipe and check where the air is coming, it could be the primer bulb leaking or cracked fuel hose.
