I guess I would not forget the most odd vehicle we had when I was young. My dad was issued a company car in the form of a Toyota Crown station wagon. It had a 2.8L inline-6 gas engine and it was quite fast compared to other cars back then. However, our neighbors thought we had a hearse on our garage.

Pero Sedan sya na Ford kulay yellow, na box type medyo itsura.

July 1st, 2017 10:17 PM #148I remember my father used to have an Ford Granada 2.8V6 in the late 80s. Can't remember the exact model year. But its the Mk2 according to Wikipedia, so early to mid 80s. Had hardly any recollection of it, only that it was big, thirsty, and often had aircon problems. 😂 In the early 90s it was replaced by a 1989 B12 Sentra. Yay for cool aircon and power windows!

In grade school? I was here in Nevada during my elementary years. I rode a school bus to school. I recall my dad having both a V8 Dodge and a Ford.
I wasn't happy with either one. The Dodge overheated and stalled right in front of the Golden Nugget casino in Las Vegas. The Ford broke down right after the toll entrance to the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. Car maintenance wasn't one of my dad's stronger traits. ;)Last edited by Jun aka Pekto; July 1st, 2017 at 11:29 PM.
