MG (Morris Garages) - anyone here who owns one?

I've also seent hose Korean cars in ISIS videos most notable the Starex. Hell of a way to publicity for yours vehicles. Granted the Hilux did get it's rep from being the technical of choice for rebel groups. LOL

Back on topic though so MG is a UK brand but their cars are Made in China? Is it really that simple? Or it's a lot more complicated than that?

Its still a UK brand, but owners are now Chinese. By SAIC motors, afaik.

Just like Volvo (Sweden) which is now owned by Geely (China). Rover and Jaguar (UK) are now owned by Tata (India). Pirelli is also now owned by a Chinese company.

Sino dito nakabili ng MG na at SRP? Meron pala silent sale eto MG na suv na to, tipong 800K lang after discounts. Dami nakakuha last year, I just learned it from people who got it .

Sumimple pala MG hehe, kaya pala andami na ngaun.

Big difference between Jaguar/LR and MG is that the former are still designed by the Brits and mostly built in Britain, while MG is purely designed and built by the Chinese.

Net, MG is only British by name but Chinese everywhere else. Jaguar, LR and Volvo are just foreign-funded but still keep their European roots.

SRP kuha ko sir. low down at 18k. 4months yesterday with 7,500 on its odo.
