According to Ferman at Speedlab, there's a dip in the Spark's powerband in the midrange... you can get rid of this, but that might affect fuel economy, as I'm sure that dip is due to some fuel saving mode.

Speedlab does offer, however, a map selector switch... so you can switch from this default economy mode to a power mode whenever you want. Or you can specifically request that they tune for power only at three-fourths to full throttle, so at low pedal pressures, you still have stock engine response.
Sir Nicky available narin kaya K&N air filter for spark 1.2M/T sa speedlab?

Wala pa daw K&N panel filter. But the cold-air kit (6 hp gain daw) has a K&N cone filter, already. Price is Php 6.5k.

30k for the Unichip (basic splice-in model) and tuning. They're still waiting for a volunteer to establish a base map. Given typical gains on 1.6s and 2.0s, expect 5-10 hp gains in the midrange. (On a 2.0, kasi, midrange gain is 10-15 hp).

They already have H&R lowering springs. 14k pesos.

They're also looking to develop a big brake kit if anyone is willing to spend on the first kit and to leave their car for test-fitting and development.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

I have the same problem as yours. Mostly mag drive kasi yung wife ko. We are considering sana the i10 kaso no units available sa dealer and the 1.1 is really bare with no airbags. The sales agent at hyundai told us that new units will be coming with driver side airbag and will be priced around 538K for the 1.1 as not to compete with the accent. Kung hindi totoo yung sinasabi ng sales most likely will choose the spark. Antay antay lang baka magintroduce sila ng 1.2 LT AT. If not, will just get the 1.0 AT if I cannot convince my wife to get the MT hehe

haha yup sana talaga.. kanina bigla napasmile gf ko kasi we opting sa fiesta sana sabi ko maxado xa mahal kung xa lng mag drive, so pinakita ko sa kanya ung spark medyo mas malaki nga xa tingnan sa i10 problem lang ung seat sa likod maxado maliit hehehe anyways purpose talaga nun para sa kanya or kaming 2 lang.. iwas mag sakay ng mga tao hahahahha damot eh no. :p

the i10 problem on the otherhand, 1.1 n lang ata available n variant? though im also leaning for hyundai accent 1.4 but the problems im hearing were kinda scary... hopefully the spark would really really release a 1.2 LTAT variant, and the price should be at least a little above 600 mark, hmmm 610 maybe? lol
