When I demanded that they send me loaner car of the same variant I think my Cruze was with them for 3 months already. Every customer should be given a loaner car if the delay in the repair is already unreasonable. We bought the car because we wanted to drive a Cruze and obviously we cannot do that if they cannot return it fully restored.
