yep, 4 day work week ginagawa namin yun rules/guidlines and modification of the attendance system inabutan nga lang ng lockdown, hindi pa na implement hoping na after the lockdown ma implement na namin
most of the time pagka gising breakfast lang then kunin ko lang laptop and work agad sa dining table

Pero sana nga matapos na itong pagsubok na kinakaharap natin, kawawa ang karamihan ng ating mga kababayan.

Adapting to this new (WFH) work scheme/style....
Pushing it to be effective but still, inefficient.
To resolve issues,- you have to work very fast and be very patient....
Many meetings are needed to get things properly orchestrated and everyone in-sync with the strategy.
Still, in spite of that, people will hear what they like to hear. Just too many characters in the comfort of their outposts.
