Lahat ng digital banks ay net loss hanggang ngayon..pati next year. Pataas ang deposit liabilities but the loan portfolio could not keep up. They are looking at other ways/investments to gain income. They say they can offer higher deposit rates since they save on operational cost but until now it does not translate to their bottom line..sana man lang pababa ang net loss kahit papano.

my guess is, them's the gross interest.
and they're for the banks and other institutions.
the final interest figures for the public will be smaller, after the banks sequester their costumary fees.
the banks will probably decide the minimum placement amounts.
