Alam na raw ng kumpanya kung sinu-sino ang mga nasa viral video at papatawan daw sila ng kaukulang parusa. Kumalat sa social media ang video kung saan pinagbababato lamang ng mga empleyado ang mga parcel na ide-deliver ng kumpanya.

The logistics company should have known better and ensured that they had enough governance + management visibility to prevent these things from happening.

They should also ensure that blue collar staff get adequate training and are accountable for their actions.

Honestly, management should get more blame here than the men on the video.

I agree, isang truck yan ng items, ang daling ipuslit ang item, bakit walang supervisor? Or nanonood ang supervisor but he just don't care? Either way dapat supervisor ang managot.

One of the common problem I encountered while shopping shopee is that If an item cost just 30 or 40 pesos and the sf is much higher than actual item so I need to add more items in the shop to meet the required minimum spend to waive the sf sometimes its 199 and at times 499 minimum.
