Some online sellers use Shopee to have their items delivered para mura hehe. They sell their items also in FB or Carousel then they’ll provide link to their Shopee store for an item then yun yung gagamitin ni Shopee. Mas mura nga naman shipping kesa pa lbc, j&t, lalamove or grab.

This is why i switched to lazada back again. tagal kasi ng shipping progress sa shoppee.

So far, hassle free pa rin naman ang shopping experience ko with Shopee. Keeping my fingers crossed though.
Nagkataon siguro na medyo courteous and efficient ang delivery team dito sa lugar namin.
Aside from them, relatively mabilis din ang processing ng orders ko. Same din naman with Lazada.
It's just that when I check the item sa Shopee mas mura pa din lumalabas sa kanila.
Lazada has improved greatly though.

And always COD na. Mawala man items you don't need to tackle their CSR which I would assume also degraded since their major layoffs.

Kabaligtaran naman sa experience ko. When I was just new to this online shopping, I usually use COD.
But I switched to online payment since di ko maa-avail yung ibang discount vouchers kapag COD.
Fortunately, I have already started using them when I had to dispute some of my orders.
Usually within the day naaayos naman kaagad and nare-receive ko na din yung refund sa wallet ko.

Wala rin issue sa akin Shopee and I never COD. Never had issue on refund. I don’t talk to the seller na just file refund sa apps then kung hinde nag reply seller automatic naman na ibabalik bayad.

Minsan mag reply and gusto certain amount lang refund but I always say no. So tapos usapan.

Mas mura shoppee if walang monthly sale, but if during sale, malayo prices ni shoppee kahit may sale voucher discount.
You just have to collect those vouchers in Lazada 5 days or less before the monthly sale.
Dami discount voucher na pwd mo ma stack on top of shipping fee vouchers.
Unlike ni shoppee na isang voucher lang pwd mo ma stack.
Also, malaki din percentage discount from SRP sa Lazada compare to shoppee if during sale.

But if walang sale, you are right, mura sa shopee.

They will only appear 5 days or 3 days before sa Sale.
So for 02/02 sale, I think mag start na dapat mag appear on 01/30.
What I mean of this discount voucher is yung Php50 or sometimes Php100 discount for every Php500 worth of purchase.

Then if may malaking amount na item kang i purchase, pwd mo isabahay yung CC discount vouchers na mag range from 300-500 worth of discount.

Ung pet supplies ko lang talaga ang mura sa Shopee because kahit same price or lower sa Laz, si Shopee lang ang may free shipping/discounts for these items.

About sa discounts naman sa Shopee which cannot be availed before if you don't use Shopeepay, since they imposed 1% on Gcash transfers, I noticed they release a lot of these discounts for COD also, or maybe I just didn't notice before, because I really do like to prepay, abala kasi magbayad sa courier, syempre antayin mo pa sya mag count, pag prepaid, abot lang, thank you and run na sya.

Back and forth ako kay Lazada and Shoppee for pet supplies.
Yung bumili ako sa lazada dahil malaki discount from SRP+discount vouchers and CC vouchers, nakakalungkot dahil bigla nalang kinancel ni seller dahil no stock daw. Pero after sale, bigla nalang may stock available, but increase na price from sale SRP.
Sa shoppee tuloy ako nakapagpurchase ulit.

Actually sa cat food at litter pareho si Lazada at Shopee ng price, kaso si Shopee lang ang may free shipping.

Shopee bs J&T? Dami reklamo sa social media mga seller. Puro return to sender. Pero pag tinanong customers wala naman daw nag punta na rider sa kanila. Pag RTS pala may bayad pa rin yung courier, charge sa seller. Mga seller walang benta pero bayad sa shipping.

Impernes meron din sa lazada "failed delivery, pero pag tingin ko sa proof na picture, mga 4 kilometers away sa may labasan pa yung street na nakalagay sa picture. Obvious na hindi nag hanap ng bahay.
