Matagal na nag ha hang Shopee ko, akala ko may problem old phone ko,so I bought a new one, bumalik ulit, akala may problem don itong new phone ko tuloy [emoji38]

Lately, madalas may magpopup na "not responding" with options to close app or wait. Pag "wait" naman ang choice ko nagtutuloy naman ang app.

According to this wala naman sinabi na amount limit. My understanding is depende sa seller or sa mediator kung ipapa ship pabalik yung item.

My biggest is ₱1.1k, a keyboard where few keys aren't working. I got full refund and didn't return the item.

Wonder if true pa rin for higher priced items say 10k and up. That must sting for the vendor. Guess at some point where the item cost is higher than return shipping they'll ask for it back.

Hayup din tong pinasolian ko ng item. 2 days ago pa nila na-receive yung returned item pero hanggang ngayon verification pa rin.

Experience ko sa shopee usually yung seller will reply at the last day of the time limit. Minsan i-contest pa nila yung dispute kahit malinaw na mali item nila, just to prolong the process. Pag nag contest kasi sila eh extend pa ng ilang days yung dispute.
