    sabi ni kiyosaki bantayan daw yun mga na-remata sa bangko, tapos bilhin daw ng mura yun real estate s bangko. kung sa ibang bansa pwede pa, eh d2 kahit 2nd hand na tsikot mahal pa din ibenta ng bangko hehehe

    mura benta nila sa mga properties... totoo yun... pero ang problem, mabagal umangat ang price ng properties sa pinas lalo na kung hindi pa developed yun area... you need lots of money din, to rebuild the property tapos bilin mo yun property siyempre (maganda naman ang terms) tapos you have to wait ilan months para mabenta... almost a year sa iyo yun property... rebuilding + waiting... sa hirap ng buhay ngayon madami nareremata, walang bumibili masyado...

    dunno about the actual get-rich steps, pero madaming mga philosophies and general guidelines in rich dad poor dad which i find quite enlightening
