    From experience, if you paid by credit card they'll refund even if you ask for replacement.

    1st item I returned was an Electrolux vacuum cleaner hose that looked like it was refurbished (dirty and had masking tape stuck in places). I returned it the following day with instructions to replace but they simply gave me a full refund. I got to keep the crevice cleaning attachment that I ordered together with the hose since they refunded the full amount despite me mentioning that I still have the attachment.

    2nd was a Samsung LED monitor that broke on the 7th day. Sakto within the replacement period. Again, I requested a replacement but they gave a refund instead.

    Just follow the instructions on their returns policy.

    Pag ganitong holiday season di ako umaasa na dadating on time ang mga courier. Last year after New Year pa dumating yung mga pinadala ko before Christmas. I don't think they hire enough additional people to compensate for the added seasonal work load.

    I ordered Bluetooth headphones for my son just this Monday. It was delivered yesterday (Wed) afternoon. I ordered a Samsung wireless charging dock and an Incipio phone case on Dec 13, and the case arrived on the 15th while the dock arrived on the 16th.

    2-3 days to process, pack and then delivered to my doorstep is amazing, considering it's peak season.

    Are the said items "sold and fulfilled by Lazada"? If so, then that's really how fast they deliver. It's the 3rd party sellers that take a while. Same goes for returns - Lazada is quick to refund.

    Swertihan siguro. I ordered end of november, still waiting for the items. Yung dalawang items, di na.dumating. di rin mabigyan ng resolution kaya sila na naginitiate ng cancellation amd refund
