Dapat talaga ganito para matuto sila na ayusin pag serve ng orders, siguro nasanay sila na buyers just take a loss on wrong or damaged items kasi akala nila hassle mag soli.

In my case, nag file ako 7pm, na refund siya 830pm, gabi na online pa si seller [emoji38]

Many online sellers probably operate 3 pm onwards ... that's when there are more buyers ...

I believe sinasadya nila yan. Especially mga galing China. They will purposely include the wrong item just to get rid of their unsold inventory. What's the worst that can happen to them? Balik lang nila bayad and they got rid of their garbage. If the customer just take it as a loss and hindi na mag complain, kumita sila sa garbage nila.

Yung iba will try to get rid of their inventory by including free items. May lang talaga na madaya at swap yung binili mo sa unsold inventory nila.

Ung isang binilhan ko, obviously ito ang modus, kasi naglagay ako ng bad review sa item pero di ko sinoli, aba tumawag at refund daw nya pera ko, baguhin ko lang review ko!

So I think they have a whole batch of this items na chambahan lang kung gagana o Hindi, and they refund nga kung sablay, nothing to lose, nabenta pa nila ung good at ung hindi nag reklamo [emoji38]

I'm so happy with Lazada now. I get a huge discount using the cash back and coins! They are NOT kuripot when it comes to coins sa reviews, I think it's P1 coin per review in Lazada compared to Shopee's 10 cents ata? I used buy 80% shopee and 20% Lazada, but now it's the other way around.

Also, it's so easy to buy in Lazada kasi derecho debit sa Gcash. Shopee gets 2% ata fee when loading shopeepay from Gcash and that's a huge amount. If you load P10k, that's P200 in fees!

And mali ung sa Shopee na mas mura tag line, mas mura sa Lazada. The coins however are not worth much, because you can't use them like you do at Shopee. Cashback is Cashback at Lazada, while Cashback is Coins at Shopee. There are only a few items in Lazada that use coins as token discount and these appear only at checkout.

Ang laki ng cash back sa Lazada, mas gumanda talaga Lazada recently. Ang shopee super tipid na sa coins, ang hirap mag earn. Pinaka turn off yung yung 2% fee from Gcash to Shopee pay. I stopped paying my bills na rin through shopee.

Pero pansin ko yung mga sosyal mas sa Lazada bumibili LOL Kaming masa sa shopee kasi masa ang items. Shopee is like an online divisoria. Yung foreign and premium brands sa Lazada may official store, like for make up/skin care (MAC, Nars, Kiehl's, Clinique etc)
