Can I view it even if I have no linked in?

I'm so tired. I managed to trim it down from 7 to 5. I have to make this 3 [emoji24] Kasi naman I had 10 positions pala in my 15+ yr career.

It's hard for me to decide what to highlight and I forgot the numbers na. I should have printed all the details

I am having such a hard time because it's my first time to make my CV alone. Ever since I was a fresh grad there's always someone else that works on my CV e they are all gone, either lost contact or not in speaking terms anymore and one passed away na.

    hija...!

perhaps you list down only your highest positions in the company, and make one-liner job description.

Hindi ako maka move forward because I never really made my CV I want to work na but there's still a part of me that is scared because I have to admit that my bosses spoiled me a lot at work. How will I find bosses like that again

If you will just keep on hanging with excuses, you will not achieve anything. It would be better that you work on it and get on moving.

If you don’t want to have a boss, then start a business and be your own boss.

My CV is down to 3.5 pages na

Before I wanted my own business but not anymore. I want my old bosses because I'm happy with them talaga. It'll be a miracle if I find a boss nicer than them. Oh well I don't know what to do with my life anymore

As you go up the ladder from middle management and higher, an impresive CV and how your industry network hears and perceived your performance is equally important.

It maybe more biased towards the latter [ sort of a pre screening and searching the right talent fit] , you get an interview request without even sending a CV. CV becomes a paperwork after.

Hindi yung network na “free ka, kape tayo”.

My former controller referred me to an AVP job where she is working now (I posted about her yung single CPA na girl crush ko kasi cute mukhang anime)

I did a test and the assessment for my top 3 talents came out as:

    Managing Others
    Persuasion
    Communication

I did not lie in any of the questions so I don't know why Managing others came out? I want to be a specialist (just like in my previous job) as I don't want people under me. Hassle mag manage ng tao esp during performance evaluation I handled people before but they were not directly under me so iba nag proproblema sa kanila. Perfect nga talaga yung previous job ko

I agree on the persuasion and communication though. When I want something I will do everything to get it. I remember when they phased out multiple computers in our company and I emailed the COO and made a case for myself (which my German boss supported)

I am on my 16th job. This employer found me in Linkedin, and was invited to apply. This role was not advertised. My resume is always 2 pages.
