It was my first time to book lalamove car and my experience was so nice! I had a P150 coupon so that really brought down the price. I wonder if they don't get lugi because that was an Innova (I was expecting a vios or mirage)
I also booked a motorcycle on the same day and I was very disappointed kasi ugaling taxi. I had 2 riders accept but the first one asked me to cancel because he did not notice that my place was far. The other one asked me to give dagdag (which I did) ang dami pang tanong about directions. When it comes to motorcycle I really prefer grab (never experienced riders haggling with me or asking to cancel)
I paid more for the motorcycle than the Innova

August 18th, 2021 05:41 PM #42Two types kasi pag lalamove car, 200kg (eto yung mga sedan type) at 300kg (dito kami mga innova, mobilio, avanza, ertiga, etc). Ang bookings ng 200kg, pwedeng kuhanin ng 300kg. Si Innova siguro ang closest sayo kaya sya ang nakakuha. Ngayon kasi, ang siste is drivers "bid" for a booking. Kung maraming may gusto tumanngap ng booking mo, lalamove will assign it sa driver na pinakamalapit sayo.
About sa lugi, di naman dahil yung mga coupon na ginagamit ni customer is si lalamove ang nag-aabono. Ang baba na lang kasi ng rate ngayon kaya nakakatamad na magdrive. Di tulad last year nung June - December 2020 maganda pa rates.

Nakikita ba ng grab delivery rider yung tip na ni submit ko before nya ma complete ang delivery?
May mga mag accept kasi ng food delivery then after few minutes mag cancel, I'm wondering kung makita nila may tip eh baka hindi sila mag cancel.

Apparently riders avoid Caloocan because it's stressful daw (magulo, narrow roads and traffic) Another is Commonwealth

Yes, that is true pag na cancel ang order cancel ang tip. I'm just wondering kung makita kagad nila na may nag aantay na tip sa kanila pag accept nila ng booking.
May mga delivery area kasi na malayo and sometimes mag cancel yung nag accept. Sometimes wala sila mag pag parkingan ng motor kaya cancel. I wonder kung nakikita nila yung tip before completion para motivation for them to complete the delivery rather than cancel.

Caloocan? That's what the lalamove vlogger mentioned in his vlogs. Funny kasi twice na siya napunta Caloocan and he said the same na hindi na siya babalik (at puro reklamo) LOL! Pero nung 90s pa lang magulo na Caloocan kasi may supplier kami pinupuntahan ng Dad ko dyan. I can't imagine how much more gulo now more than 20 yrs after. Binondo ang nag improve (mas marami ng parking ngayon)

Di ko na maview yung details pero before pa ganun na. Ang naiisip kong primary reason bakit nagpapacancel minsan is matraffic yung drop off. Namimili rin ako ng booking na tatanggapin noon eh. Talo ka kasi sa gas, mastuck ka sa traffic tapos depende pa sa drop off, baka mahirap pa makakuha ulit ng booking.
Hirap magdeliver sa Caloocan/CAMANAVA area. I was MPV driver then. Dami malubak, masikip, maling address. I think 2 o 3 times ako nabiktima ng maling address sa pick up/drop off. Minsan naman, may mga frequent customers na barat. Yung tipong ang papadeliver nya eh malaki/mabigat na pero ipipilit pa sa motor. Yung mga ganyan kabisado na ng mga riders/drivers. May mga fb groups yan na nagshe-share ng mga ganyang customers. Prefer ko noon mga pick up from Manila pa-Bulacan. Sa south naman, mga byaheng pa-Laguna.

Madalas mahirap makakuha ng rider if ang pickup point is around Binondo area.
Madalas din magcancel if sa loob ng mall ang pickup point. Riders always asking to cancel dahil wala daw sila dalang face shield.Signature
