Puregold ang stressful tignan. Sa Dali I feel relaxed, feeling ko nasa Aldi or Trader Joe's ako. Also their employees are soooo nice, parang happy sila

Yung jollibee sa corner ng shaw at kalentong dati, DALI na pala ngayon. Mukhang aggressive sa expansion itong DALI na nakukuha nya ang prime location ng jollibee (arguably historic branch)

they're funded by venture capital (in USD)

dami pera... kaya nila kumuha ng magagandang location

selling point nila sa mga landlord they're very good tenant (dami nila pera no problem paying rent)

even if their store sales don't make enough to pay rent they can draw from investor capital

Yup dati sa South lang sila marami, now they are opening in prime areas and cities na.

inisip ko Dali is able to maintain such low prices not coz mababa talaga puhunan nila but because they're using investor money to subsidize customers

baka break even sila or operating at a loss but they're able to sustain it coz they have lots of cash
