in the past... ilang beses na kaming linapitan ng ahente, shoving a credit card application under our noses.. siguradong approved daw.. non-bpi.
times have changed. they are probably still smarting from previous experience of non-payment of CC holder debts...
...no history of credit performance, and/or "un-impressive" income (sorry, but i can't think of a better term).

As advised from my friends po. Nakikita ko kasi majority of the establishments here in phils accepting mostly bdo.bpi.metrobank cc only. Ung wife ko meron pnb cc. Credit limit 20k. But usage of the card is minimal in some establishments offering installments.

In our city, mostly bdo bpi and metrobank cards are accepted on 0% installment in major establishments.

Yes citibank, punta ka sa mall, daan ka kunyari malapit sa booth nila, antayin mo na itapat nila sa mukha mo ang flyer/application at libreng payong.
