I remembered when I first applied for credit cards, di na ako nakakatanggap ng reply sa mga banks.
Pero yung classmate ko, kasabay ko nag apply, na-approve!. And yet, mas nakakaangat naman ng konti ang financial standing ko sa kanya
.

November 8th, 2016 04:43 PM #2Kung employed ka, apply ka uli and make sure to provide your 2 months payslip or your ITR.
Kung self employed or may business, you need to provide your financial statements.
Otherwise open an account sa bank then apply.
Sa dami na naaprove na credit card application, ang usual cause ng decline is incomplete requirements.
Minsan may makulit gusto ng card pero ayaw magpasa ng financial docs or ayaw magbigay ng ID. Auto decline yan.
Secondary lang ang history.

Try mo kuha appli sa eastwest bank. Mas lenient sila compared to bpi and bdo sa experience ko many years ago

Salamat sa mga input nyo guys. Anyways mg inquire muna ako. Preferably sa bpi at bdo. Na try ko na sa eastwest ung debit card nila. Pero d pa ako nakapag apply ng cc.

I once opened an acct at bpi. Tapos after 1yr pinaclose ko na. Baka isa un na dahilan hindi na approve ung cc application ko.

As advised from my friends po. Nakikita ko kasi majority of the establishments here in phils accepting mostly bdo.bpi.metrobank cc only. Ung wife ko meron pnb cc. Credit limit 20k. But usage of the card is minimal in some establishments offering installments.
