So I can ask the manager of my bdo branch pala bakit ako declined for a credit card nila? So far all my credit cards, I applied them all naman. 3 of them wala ako account sakanila kaya nagtataka ako sa BDO bakit ang damot sakin eh. Anyway, I guess I will try to talk to my branch muna if pwde nila idisclose. Kasi as far as my credit history is concerned never ako nagmiss ng payments, advance pa nga since auto debit lahat ng bills, loans ko.

July 26th, 2018 01:24 PM #87I'm skeptical on this. From what I know the branch manager of a bank and the credit card division of a bank are two separate and autonomous entities and though while bank managers can recommend clients they know to be given credit cards, they cannot dictate on the credit card division if the credit card division decline their recommendation for whatever reason. Unless the client can talk directly to the one in charge of the credit card division ... that's another story.
